The helimax gear is much stronger than the plastic Esky equivalent. It will still strip gear in a heavy crash but lasts much longer than the stock part and survives crashes that the stock wouldn?t. You must ensure that you have a good mesh with the motor pinion, it is well worthwhile upgrading to the esky pinions as they give a better mesh than the esky part. We supply this item with the bearing pushed through 1mm so it fits precisely in the Belt CP.
